Additional Notes: State-of-the-art emergency department features 2 trauma rooms and 21 specialized treatment rooms - 2 of which are designed specifically for pediatric patients.

Credentialing Support
Qualifications Must have active Indiana Medical License and DEA
Experience: 5 Years
Board Certified: Emergency Medicine (prefer ATLS) No Family Medicine Board Certifications
Internal Medicine Board Certification with ATLS and experience will be considered
ACLS/BLS
