Job description
Join a physician-led emergency medicine group serving the South Puget Sound region. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Emergency Medicine APPs seeking strong earning potential, provider autonomy, a collaborative team culture, and an outstanding Pacific Northwest lifestyle.
About the Opportunity
Practice across a community hospital emergency department and a growing freestanding emergency department in Olympia and Lacey, Washington. You'll treat a diverse patient population while working alongside experienced Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights
$215,000 with comprehensive benefit plan and profit sharing
130-140 hours per month (approximately 13-14 shifts)
Flexible 10-hour shifts with no overnights
75,000 combined annual visits in hospital and freestanding ED
Quarterly RVU and patient experience bonus opportunities
Epic EMR with collegial, physician-led culture
Qualifications
PA-C
Washington license or eligibility
Completion of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship or 1+ year of Emergency Medicine experience
Strong clinical and procedural skills
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
