nLocal Team Collaboration:
nnnJoin Canyon Vista Medical Center's close-knit team of eight physicians and five advanced practice providers (APPs).

nnWork alongside a diverse group of clinicians who bring a variety of geographic, educational, and training backgrounds to our team. Our physician assistants practice to the top of their scope, with support from attending physicians when needed.

nCertification required.
nnnEmergency medicine experience preferred.
n
nnNew grads with previous emergency medicine experience are welcome to apply.

n nScheduling:
nnn12-hour shifts.
n
nnWe’re always there to support each other when covering shifts.
n
n nKey Responsibilities:
nnnProvide care in a smaller, community-based hospital with a level III trauma designation.
n
nnAnnual ED visits: 10,000.
n
nnManage a variety of emergency cases, including triage and fast-track patients.
n
nnCollaborate closely with Sound’s hospital medicine team to ensure a seamless transition of care.
n
nnWork within a multidisciplinary environment supported by 24/7 specialty coverage, including cardiology with a cath lab, general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics with spine care, neurology (with telestroke support), psychiatry (with an on-site inpatient behavioral health unit), oncology, and nephrology with dialysis capabilities in the ICU.
