General Summary In collaboration with the physician, provides diagnosis and treatment of patients within the scope of practice as defined by all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, protocols, etc. and within the individual Advanced Practice Provider's (APP) particular clinical specialty area, licensure, and competency level.

Flexible PRN Schedule: Per-diem 12-hour shifts (day, evening, and night) including weekends and holidays
Multiple Shift Options: 7:00 AM?7:00 PM, 9:00 AM?9:00 PM, 1:00 PM?1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM?7:00 AM
High-Volume Level I Trauma Center: Practice in a fast-paced ED with 93,000 annual visits, offering strong clinical exposure and skill development
Collaborative Care Team: Join a supportive environment with 30+ attending physicians, ED residents, and 7 full-time APPs
Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity: Ideal for experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) seeking dynamic emergency medicine roles
Diverse Patient Population: Provide comprehensive, all-ages patient care in a complex, acute care setting
Experience Required: Prior inpatient and emergency medicine experience strongly preferred

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or
Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required
Masters Degree For Physician Assistant. Preferred
Work Experience: 1 year Relevant experience. Required
Licenses: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training: BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners and appropriate clinical specialty certification. Upon Hire Required or
Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
