Emergency Medicine Physician opening Located in Brookville, 20m to DuBois Full Time An established healthcare network in Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to provide care at a Critical Access Hospital in Brookville, PA. This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking for a low-volume emergency department with a flexible schedule and the ability to work independently.The position is part of a regional emergency medicine team that serves multiple community-based hospitals in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds a region known for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and affordable living.Position Highlights:8,000 annual ED visitsCritical Access Hospital settingSingle physician coverageFlexible 12- and 24-hour shiftsCollegial regional emergency medicine networkQualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency MedicineABEM certification preferredComfortable practicing independently in a rural ED environmentEligible for medical licensure in PennsylvaniaCompensation & Benefits:$270/hour for ABEM-certified physicians, plus $30/hour shift differential$100,000 sign-on bonus with 5 year commitment$10,000 relocation assistance18 month stipend program at $2,500/month$3,000 annual CME allowance + 40 hours of CME timeComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer matchMalpractice insurance with tail coverageLocation Brookville, PA:Brookville offers small-town charm with easy access to outdoor adventures like hiking, fishing, and kayaking.
