Shift Options: 12-Hour Shifts 11/27 7A-7P
Coverage Structure: Solo Physician + Dual Mid-Level Support
Credentialing Timeframe: 14 Days (Fast-Track Privileging)
Facility & Clinical Scope Department Overview: Open ICU model; annual ED volume of 32,000 patients (daily volume averaging patients).
Coverage Structure: Solo Emergency Room physician coverage supported by 2 mid-level providers per shift.
Patient Volume: Expected workload of approximately patients per 12-hour shift.
Open Date: 11/27 7A-7P
Standard solo Emergency Room coverage for 12 hr. shifts.
Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.
EMR: Meditech 6.1
Open ICU
1 physician with 2 mid-level split coverage.
Annual patient volume: 32,000
Daily patient volume: 90-100 patients
Physicians typically see 18-20 patients in a 12 hour shift.
Doctor will be housed in hospital owned APTS.
