Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.

Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and promote team support.
Key Responsibilities:
Busy emergency department with approximately 10,000 annual visits.
24-hour physician coverage model with 24-hour shifts possible.

Compensation:
Well-rounded compensation package with base rates of $250/hr. days and $260/hr. nights
