Role
Emergency Medicine Physician
Responsibilities
Provide urgent care for approximately 80 patients daily in a busy emergency department, with shifts covering 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Ensure quality patient care, collaborate with 24-hour APP coverage, and utilize Meditech EMR for documentation. Handle consults multiple times daily and support backup specialties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), active Texas license, minimum 2 years of ED experience or Family Medicine with EM fellowship. Strong clinical skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills are essential.
Additional Details
