Full-service capabilities with many specialties on site, and extensive tele-consult services
Hospitalist service is in-house 24/7
Emergency Department ED Volume: 28,000
ED Admission Rate: 20%
EMR: Epic
Highly-functional ED design
Radiology suite and PAC system located in the ED with real-time radiologist reads 24/7
A broad mix of patient pathology, adult and pediatric
Neurology, nephrology, pulmonary, and critical care telemedicineInterventional cardiology, major trauma, neurosurgery, and pediatrics are transferred
Minimal boarding of patients in ED
Adult inpatient psychiatry unit

Compensation Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $215/hour to $226/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a practice-funded 401(k) and USACS ownership stock.
