Job description
Partnership Style Practice
Enjoy a partnership style practice without the headache!
Incoming candidate can expect:
1099
Base rate + hourly incentive + quarterly bonus pool
Excellent bedside manner required
Goal—work at least 12 required shifts/month (12 hour)
6, 24 hr shifts
ER + urgent care in the same facility
APRN's triage urgent care patients
Typically have 4-5 physicians per site
24 hour shift—can expect to see 40-50 patients/day (observations + critical care)
Moderate to moderate high acuity
Run very few codes
Births are rare
Heavy trauma is rare—tertiary hospital available
