Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
Licenses: Active FL Medical License, DEA with FL address
DEA / CDS: Active DEA with Florida address
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required
Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine required
Other Qualifications: Case logs from past two years, CME documentation from past two years, Stroke CME requirement (6 hours within 2 years or 9 hours within 3 years), Current Flu, TB, and COVID compliance
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide emergency medical care to patients in the ED
Perform all department-required procedures
Collaborate with APP and nursing staff
Participate in cross-credentialing and scheduling across multiple AdventHealth facilities
Maintain compliance with credentialing and licensing requirements
