Day Kimball Hospital offers a supportive, physician-led Emergency Medicine practice serving northeastern Connecticut . This role provides the opportunity to practice broad-scope community emergency medicine in a collaborative environment that values clinical autonomy, teamwork, and long-term sustainability.
The emergency department operates within a quality-driven, provider-governed model known for strong patient satisfaction and balanced provider workloads—allowing physicians to deliver high-quality care without volume pressure.
