Job description
Seeking a full-time BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our collegial team-oriented department in western Minnesota!
Position Details:
Join four other EM physicians
24-hour coverage; 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m., single coverage (1am-9am). Additional coverage during peak volume times.
Flexible scheduling
11 shifts/month, with occasional opportunity to pick up additional shifts
Patient Volume: Average 16-18 a day
Annual volume; 13,000-14,000 patient visits per year
Level III Trauma Center
Newly remodeled emergency room
Top Performing Rural Hospitals - Chartis
NP/PA coverage weekdays and weekends (9am-1am, 7 days a week)
EPIC DAX ambient voice for clinical documentation
Regional service area 97,000
Ability to be involved with leadership
Physician led organization
Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive income guarantees with production incentives
$255+ an hour
Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
