Emergency Medicine Physician Jobs Dothan AL - Direct Hire Opportunity
Join a dynamic hospital in Dothan, AL, seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a direct hire position. This ER doctor role offers immediate starts for experienced emergency physicians ready to thrive in a high-volume emergency department.
Key Responsibilities for Emergency Medicine Physician:
Provide urgent care in a busy ED handling 50,000+ annual visits.
Manage acute cases including trauma, cardiac emergencies, strokes, and pediatric emergencies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care.
Oversee ER operations during assigned shifts (12-hour options available).
Qualifications:
BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM).
Active Alabama medical license (or eligible); DEA certification.
2+ years ER experience preferred.
ACLS, ATLS, PALS certification required.
