Job description
Pay range $240-$310/hr
Pay is negotiable depending on travel needs
Both Hospital and Outpatient Setting
Provider must be ok covering 4 different sites
Will offer either 10 or 12hr shifts
Must be willing to take a minimum of 5 shifts per month
BC Required
DE or IMLC accepted. Willing to look at candidates who are willing to obtain DE license
