Our emergency medicine teams are empowered to lead care locally with the backing of a strong national network committed to clinical excellence, intentional leadership development, and collaborative partnership. * Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.

* Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.

Qualifications:

* Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

* 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM.

* 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care.

* Foster collaboration and support among team members.

* Radcliff is situated directly adjacent to the Fort Knox U.S. Army Base.

* Located close to Elizabethtown and less than 1 hour from Louisville, it is an ideal place to live.

* Our team puts patients first and offers opportunities for career development while encouraging meaningful involvement in the local community.
