Job description
The Salisbury VA Medical Center, part of the Veterans Health Administration, seeks a Medical Officer of the Day for Emergency Medicine to manage ED evaluation, stabilization, and disposition of patients in a 24/7 operation.
The role includes supervision of learners, involvement in performance improvement, and collaboration with nursing staff to optimize ED flow and patient care. Board-certified/eligible in EM with BLS/ACLS proficiency is required.
