Join a well-established, tight-knit emergency medicine team in El Paso and enjoy exceptional leadership support, competitive earnings, and up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus . This Level III emergency department features 30 beds , steady annual volumes of ~27,500 patients , efficient flow at 1.9 patients per hour , flexible scheduling, and a lucrative 1099 independent contractor model with above-market compensation plus RVUs. Professional liability coverage with tail is provided.
