Job description
Texacep is offering a partnership-style urgent care practice with APRN involvement. Incoming candidates will operate as 1099 contractors with base pay plus hourly incentives and a quarterly bonus pool.
The role requires excellent bedside manner, with shifts including 12-hour minimums and 24-hour blocks; typical days see 40–50 patients, with ER and urgent care in the same facility and heavy trauma being rare.
