Job description
Proforma Health Inc. is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide urgent care in a high-volume ED. The role includes 12-hour shifts with 24-hour coverage and collaboration with Radiology, CT, and Ultrasound, using Meditech EMR.
The ideal candidate holds board certification in emergency medicine, an active Florida medical license, and a DEA license; work is performed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
