Local Team Collaboration:
* We take pride in our well-established team at Fayette Medical Center.
* 24-hour physician coverage model with supporting 12 hours of APP coverage
* Collaborative team environment with regular meetings
* We gather as a team bi-monthly to promote collaboration and shared decision-making.
* Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
* Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.
Qualifications:
* Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
* New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
* Authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
