Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 6 Emergency Medicine physicians at Covenant Hospital Levelland. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Qualifications: Board certified/eligible in emergency medicine or family/internal medicine with emergency medicine experience. Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Enjoy a flexible work schedule with options for 1099 full-time, part-time, or PRN hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-quality patient care to a rural emergency department with 7 ED beds, an average of 6,400 annual visits, and Level IV trauma designation. Manageable workload averaging 1 patient per hour. Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to every patient, every time.
