Job Requirements
Board: ABEM/ABEM eligible or ABPS/EM
Licenses: Active AR medical license, AR DEA license
DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
Certifications: ATLS required; ACLS and PALS not required
Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine required
Other Qualifications: Current CV, Driver's License, CME activity (last 2 years), TB Test/Flu within 12 months, COVID vaccination
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide emergency medical care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center. Manage high patient volume (average 132 patients/day) with a 30% admit rate. Work various shifts including days, mids, and nights as part of a 60 MD / 12 NPPA coverage model. Perform emergency procedures consistent with Level II trauma center. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including nursing and advanced practice providers.
