Job description
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Physicians to join our team across our Houston-area freestanding emergency room locations.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking for a flexible ER position in a low-volume clinical environment, allowing you to provide attentive, high-quality patient care without the consistently heavy patient volume often associated with traditional hospital emergency departments.
In addition to competitive shift compensation, physicians have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses during their shifts, including Critical Care and Observation Care bonuses, providing added earning potential based on the care provided.
Position Highlights:
Low patient volume compared with many traditional hospital emergency departments
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Flexible scheduling
Full-Time: approximately 8 shifts per month
Part-Time: approximately 4 shifts per month
Additional earning opportunities through Critical Care bonuses
Additional earning opportunities through Observation Care bonuses
Supportive and collaborative clinical environment
Opportunity to work across multiple Houston-area locations
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Successful completion of an accredited residency program
Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
Emergency medicine experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in a freestanding emergency room or urgent care environment is a plus
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Salary: $300k-$400k/Year
