Locums Emergency Medicine Physician in Mason City, Iowa - APP Team, Multiple Open Shifts
Step into a teaching environment with physician and APP coverage, varied shift lengths, and a substantial number of open shifts to choose from.
Highlights
Approximately 15 open shifts per month
No call responsibilities
One to two APPs provide shift support
Expedited credentialing available
Practice & Cases
Adult emergency medicine
Level III trauma setting
Approximately 33,000 annual emergency department visits
Average department volume of approximately 77 patients daily
Schedule
Nine to 12 hour shifts
Day, evening, and overnight coverage available
Multiple shifts open each month
Physicians able to cover several shifts are preferred
Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
ABEM Board Certification in Emergency Medicine required
Iowa license or active IMLC LOQ required
ATLS and DEA required
Logistics
Airfare and lodging are covered
Rental car and mileage are covered
