Mentor residents in a clinical setting while focusing primarily on direct patient care
Balance your practice with a 50/50 split between trauma and medicine cases
Develop academically with a structured 90% clinical/10% academic focus
Enjoy predictable scheduling with blocks arranged 2 months ahead, customizable to your needs
