Job description
Envision is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center. We're looking for clinically strong APPs who excel in a fast-paced ED and are confident practicing with a high level of autonomy. Requirements: Prior Emergency Medicine Experience Ability to independently evaluate and manage a broad range of emergency presentations Strong clinical judgment, procedural skills and team-based approach to patient care Position Highlights: Dedicated overnight position Flexible schedule No weekends Potential leadership opportunities Affiliation with Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, providing opportunities for academic, clinical, and administrative growth Emergency Department Profile: 44,000 annual patient visits 18 monitored beds in the main ED plus 4 crisis rooms 8-bed Upright 3s unit fully equipped with telemetry monitoring and resuscitation capabilities EPIC EMR Overnight APP coverage across all clinical zones
