Emergency Medicine Physician Medical Director / Department Chair
Full-Time Leadership Opportunity Coastal North Carolina
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time Medical Director and Department Chair opportunity in coastal North Carolina. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with proven leadership ability to oversee emergency department operations, staffing, financial performance, and quality initiatives, while also providing direct patient care.

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine
Leadership or administrative experience preferred
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
Demonstrated success managing clinical teams, operations, and quality initiatives
