Job description
Join a community-focused critical access hospital as an Emergency Department Physician in Newport, Vermont. This full-time role provides high quality, timely, and compassionate care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions in a rural emergency department setting with collaborative medical staff support.

Full-time Emergency Department PhysicianRotating shiftsApproximately 12 shifts per monthShift schedule: 7a"7p, 10a"9p, and 7p"7a25-bed critical access hospitalApproximately 16,000 patient visits annuallyPhysicians only coverage modelCerner Community Works EMRBE/BC Emergency Medicine or significant ER experience consideredVermont medical license requiredBLS, ACLS, ATLS required or board certification in Emergency Medicine Compensation & Benefits
