The Opportunity
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
ATLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
Current MI state license is a plus.
Providers will be cross-credentialed and scheduled at Sparrow Hospital, Sparrow Eaton Hospital, Sparrow Ionia Hospital, and Sparrow Health Okemos sites.

University of Michigan Health - Sparrow Eaton Hospital - Charlotte, Michigan
University of Michigan Health - Sparrow Hospital - Lansing, Michigan
University of Michigan Health - Sparrow Ionia Hospital - Ionia, Michigan
University of Michigan Health - Sparrow Okemos - Okemos, Michigan
11-room Free Standing Emergency Department and six (6) RP rooms.
Lower volume with a fair amount of acuity.
Annual volume of 15,000-16,000 with a 3% admit rate.
Additional resources at site include Dragon, Lucus, BSUS, C-ARM, fiberoptic scope, bladder scan, and video-assisted intubation with sub-specialty backup at main hospital.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
