Assignment Length: 2 weeks initial coverage, with potential to extend
Job Summary:
Immediate need for an Emergency Medicine physician to provide sole ED coverage at a 25-bed rural hospital in Oneida, TN. This is an urgent, high-priority opening with a start date of next week. The facility is highly motivated and flexible on scheduling to get coverage secured.
Shift Details:
24/7 ED coverage needed for 2 consecutive weeks
Open to 24-hour or 48-hour shifts (preferred), or 12-hour/8-hour shifts if needed
Can be filled by one provider or split between two providers alternating shifts/blocks
Sole ED provider on shift, with hospitalist MD and APP support available in the inpatient setting
Requirements:
MD/DO, Board Certified preferred (Board Eligible accepted)
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
Active TN license required (candidates from anywhere in the US encouraged to apply assistance available for licensure if needed)
Temporary privileges available for fast credentialing
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay rate: up to $390/hr
