Job description
Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician
Role & Responsibilities
Provide emergency medical care in a high-volume setting, averaging 45 patients per day.
Cover shifts from 6a–6p and 6p–6a with single physician coverage.
Collaborate with NP/PA teams offering 9 hours of daily coverage.
Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and patient management.
Consult with multiple specialties as needed, with available backup support.
Qualifications & Skills
Certification: ABFM or ABIM with ER experience; ACLS, PALS, BLS required.
Minimum of 2 years ED experience or completion of an EM fellowship.
Licensing: Texas license required; IMLC accepted.
Key Duties:
Deliver urgent care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure quality patient treatment in a fast-paced environment.
