Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity - Richmond, Indiana Seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join Reid Health's highly respected physician group of 18 Emergency Medicine trained physicians with excellent APP support Äî serving 285,000 residents across eight counties in Indiana and Ohio.Position Details Employed position within a physician-led organization
Flexible scheduling with 120-hour monthly requirement
Two Emergency Departments: Richmond and Connersville
All EM-trained and boarded partners
No admitting orders
Opportunities to expand into management, leadership, and community health roles
Qualifications MD or DO degree
Board certified in Emergency Medicine
Active or eligible Indiana state medical license

Benefits Details Competitive base compensation
Group incentive compensation up to $25,000 per year
Extra shift compensation available
$60,000 signing bonus
$100,000 student loan repayment
$24,000 residency stipend (final 12 months of training)
$5,000 annual CME allowance
