Primary Worksite City: Rosebud SD
Start Date: 1 month
Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months
Housing is provided by facility
Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check
Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible ABEM
EMR: RPMS
License State: Any State License accepted
Census -0.8-0.9 Patients Per Hour
Worksite Information: 20 bed facility, 10 rooms. RN and MSA support during each shift
Work Schedule: 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off, 7am-7pm/8am-8pm/7pm-7am 7-14 shifts a month (Flexible Schedule)
