About the Opportunity
Greater San Antonio Emergency Physicians (GSEP) is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our physician‑owned, democratic group providing emergency care across the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio. This opportunity offers true partnership, flexible scheduling, and the ability to practice in a collaborative, physician‑governed environment.
Highlights
$80,000 Sign‑On Bonus
Competitive base rate + RVU incentive model
Equal partnership available after 1,500 hours

High‑volume, diverse acuity with 150,000+ annual ED visits
Qualifications
MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification/Eligibility
EM residency trained (ACGME or AOA)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in long‑term practice stability and ownership
