nLocal Team Collaboration:
nnnJoin our close-knit team of 28 physicians and 9 APPs at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

nnWork alongside a fantastic team of emergency and hospital medicine colleagues, providing an excellent variety of pathology.
n
nnAccountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.

nnStable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.

n nQualifications:
nnnBoard-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine.
n
nnActive medical license or eligible to become licensed in Georgia.
n
nnAuthorized to work in the United States.
n
nnNew graduates are encouraged to apply.

n nScheduling:
nnnFull-time positions available.
n
nnOur emergency department provides 90 hours of physician coverage and 36 hours of APP coverage daily.

n nKey Responsibilities:
nnnProvide top-quality patient care to MUMC, Effingham Health System, and 2 new FSED's opening in 2027!
n
nnFoster collaboration and support among team members.
n
nnEmphasize proper, careful, and safe patient treatment as a core focus.
n
nnUse EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
