Emergency Medicine Physician Needed Central Iowa An Emergency Medicine Physician is needed for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Central Iowa , starting in March . This opportunity offers a balanced coverage model, moderate annual volume, and full travel support for a smooth, long-term assignment.
Assignment Details Start: March
Duration: Ongoing
Coverage Model:
24 hours physician coverage
30 hours APP coverage
Annual ED Volume: 30,000 visits
EMR: Meditech
Travel: Full travel covered
️ Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible
Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physicians considered
Active Iowa license (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable working within a collaborative MD/APP model
