Emergency Medicine Physician – Up to $220/hr | Flexible Shifts | IL
The Staff Pad is hiring Emergency Medicine Physicians for multiple hospitals in Southern Illinois.
Up to $220/hr (1099) + $20/hr differential
W2 option available ($200/hr + full benefits + sign-on bonus)
24-hour shifts (critical access) or 12-hour shifts
Full-time or part-time (3–6 shifts/month)
Physician-only coverage at select sites (no APPs)
What we need:
Strong ER/trauma experience (must be comfortable working independently)
High autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong compensation.
