Job DescriptionQuick Facts • Compensation: $250–$265 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities available
• Shift schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• APP support: Daily coverage from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• ED Volume: Approximately 17,000 annual visits
• EMR: CPSI-T system
• Benefits: Malpractice with tail coverage + full benefits + $25,000 annual stipend
About the Opportunity
Delphi Healthcare is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join the team at Carthage Area Hospital , a community-focused facility serving the Carthage and Fort Drum region of Northern New York.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation in a collaborative emergency department environment.
Located near the Adirondack Mountains , the area offers exceptional outdoor recreation, including skiing, hiking, fishing, and year-round activities. Carthage provides a welcoming community environment while still offering convenient access to larger metropolitan areas.
Position Highlights
• Compensation range of $250–$265 per hour
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options available
• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• APP support daily: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Emergency Department volume: Approximately 17,000 visits annually
• EMR system: CPSI-T
• Open to board-certified Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine physicians
