Job description
Role:
Emergency Medicine Physician
Responsibilities:
Provide urgent care for approximately 31,000–35,000 annual visits, covering shifts from early morning to late night. Collaborate with NP/PA staff for 30 hours daily and support back-up emergency staff. Utilize EMR system (Expanse) for patient documentation. Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licenses.
Qualifications & Skills:
Board Eligible/Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), BLS certification, DEA license, and active medical license. Strong clinical skills, ability to work flexible shifts, and effective teamwork are essential.
Key Duties:
Deliver emergency medical care, coordinate with healthcare team, and maintain high-quality patient care standards during assigned shifts. Manage EMR documentation efficiently and adhere to licensure requirements.
