Job description
Are you looking for an emergency medicine opportunity with a manageable patient volume, a supportive clinical team, and the autonomy of community-based practice? TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for an EM physician to join our team at Weatherford Regional Hospital in Weatherford, Oklahoma.
This Level IV trauma facility features a 7-bed emergency department caring for approximately 8,500 patients annually. The current staffing model includes 14 hours of daily physician coverage and 10 hours of advanced practice clinician coverage, offering physicians additional clinical support while maintaining the independence and variety of a community emergency medicine practice. The ED uses Epic EMR and has an approximately 6% admission rate.

Low admission rate: approximately 6% of ED patients require hospital admission
