As an Emergency Department Physician Assistant at Rochester Regional Health, you'll join a collaborative team providing high-quality care to patients across a broad spectrum of acute and complex conditions. Position Highlights
Full-time overnight position at Unity Hospital's Emergency Department
Consistent 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM schedule
High-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
Collaborative team of Emergency Medicine physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff
Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population with a broad range of emergent and urgent conditions

Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in New York State
NCCPA certification required
Emergency Medicine experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Exceptional communication, documentation, and patient-centered care skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
