Join a high-volume,award-winning Emergency Department in Newburgh, NY, as Site Medical Directorand play a key role in shaping the department's next chapter. With seven newfull-time physicians already hired and starting between July and October, thisis an ideal time to join and help build a high-performing emergency medicineteam.

Strong data analytics andoperational support
The physician group includesrecently recruited EM physicians who will serve in Ultrasound Education roles,creating additional opportunities for clinical education and professionaldevelopment. Teaching opportunities are also available through Internal Medicineresidency rotations.
Requirements
MD or DO
Completion of an accreditedEmergency Medicine residency
Board Certified or BoardEligible in Emergency Medicine
Active or eligible New Yorkmedical license
Active or eligible DEAregistration
Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALScertifications, as applicable
Significant EmergencyMedicine experience
Prior Medical Director orclinical leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of EDoperations, quality metrics, patient flow, and performance improvement
Excellent leadership,communication, and team-building skills
