Setting: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Requirements: 2+ years EM experience, active WI license, BC/BE, able to perform EM/inpatient procedures
Lodging: On-site lodging provided; provider must remain on site
EMR: Epic
Practice Description
APP EM/IP Hybrid – WI
Dates: 8/27–8/29 & 9/4–9/10
Schedule: 24-hour shifts, noon–noon handoff
Setting: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Role: Sole provider covering ED + inpatient
Requirements: 2+ years EM experience, active WI license, BC/BE, able to perform EM/inpatient procedures
Volume: 8–14 ED patients/24 hrs; 4–6 inpatients
Lodging: On-site lodging provided; provider must remain on site
EMR: Epic
MUST have EM experience on CV, be comfortable working as the sole provider and able to perform all procedures.

Experience + Qualifications
At least two years of Emergency Medicine experience
Ability to perform all Emergency Medicine procedures
Comfortable in an inpatient setting
Active WI License
