Job description
HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking an Emergency Nurse Manager to lead our 24/7 Emergency Department. You will guide clinical operations, ensure safe patient care, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team dedicated to service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, a nursing diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), and acute care leadership experience, with strong critical thinking and communication skills to coordinate care across disciplines.
