Job description
HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with department standards and nursing models. You will collaborate with providers, educate patients and families, and advocate for exceptional outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting.
Responsibilities include pain assessment, timely documentation, responding to patient needs, teaching patients and families about conditions and follow-up care. Travel not required.
