Job description
Role:
Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, perform differential diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and work autonomously or within interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe patient care and positive patient experiences.
Qualifications:
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in Illinois, with DEA and Controlled Substance Licenses. Master’s level training in PA or NP, BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS certifications. Minimum of 2 years emergency medicine experience as an APP.
Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with team members, and provide top-of-license care.
Key Duties:
Cover shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays, providing urgent and acute care in a team-based setting.
