Job description
Nicklaus Children's Health System seeks an experienced RN with leadership skills to oversee emergency and trauma patient care. You will provide compassionate, family-centered nursing, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure effective discharge planning.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating patient throughput, and participating in governance and quality initiatives. Florida RN licensure, CPI, PALS, and charge nurse experience are required.
