Job description
Mission Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Room in Asheville, NC. This RN leader coordinates patient flow, supports triage and critical care, and ensures evidence-based practice and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising bedside nurses, mentoring staff, assisting with complex procedures, managing staffing and assignments, and promoting patient safety initiatives.
