Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN)
An Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) needed in Panama City, Fl.

Numerous charters offer inshore and offshore fishing, scuba and snorkeling excursions.
Guided day trips are available for dolphin-watching and shelling on uninhabited islands. Fresh, locally caught seafood is featured at many of the restaurants, while some offer live music and waterfront views.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $27.72-$39.+ years depending on experience. If you have CNA, LPN, Surg Tech, or Paramedic experience it will count towards your RN experience.
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
Weekends: $1.50(F-Sun)
Sign on: 15k paid over 2 years

Responsibilities
You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis.
Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Requirements
Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If a compact license is held, an active FL RN license is required within 90 days of hire.
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
Previous experience in an acute care setting (within the last year)
Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds
